Jess with Necessity Massage is absolutely the best massage person I've ever had. She obviously really cares about her cients. She has an amazing knowledge of anatomy that allows her to actually make a difference in my body and my pain level. Thank you Jess!

Jess knows what they are doing and creates a welcoming, safe space for me to show up exactly as I am. They are knowledgable about how to interact with bodies and areas that carry trauma. It is clear they are passionate about what they do.

Highly, highly recommend! Had an incredible tailored session which targeted my problem areas and then some. I can have some pretty touchy spots but Jess was extremely attentive and kind, so I never felt pushed too far. Truly a gifted bodyworker and I'm so grateful for the expertise and experience. I've had multiple nero-musclar massages from other establishments but Jess is above all the best. Sure, the others felt good, but this type of massage is supposed to be PT like and I'm getting lasting benefits w/ her technique.

Jess was absolutely incredible !! She was able to pinpoint exactly where my pain was and work a lot of it out. She also made me feel so safe, I have a lot of anxiety with strangers and her presence was so calming that I was able to trust her with my body. Highly recommend her !!
