My family has been seeing Dr. Rex Largen for years and we have always been happy. I wish I would remember to write down diagnosis or drug names because I can never remember after I walk out the door. The waiting area has been overhauled in the last year, and looks very nice. The front desk staff and nursing staff are all courteous, but not overly friendly (they are professional but they aren't going to visit with you about the weather or how your day is going). Dr. Largen is always personable and friendly, has a lot of patience, and answers all your questions. I can't believe I'm finally posting a review now. When I first went to see Dr. Largen, it was about a decade ago. My face was badly burned due to another **terrible aesthetician's misuse of a laser, then made worse with hydroquinone - a subsequent inflaming and overpriced prescription. Dr. Largen reassured me, then gave me an OTC $5 bottle of Adapalene. The visible burn on my face cleared up almost immediately, and I use this product to this day. I can't thank him enough, because I was a grad student and clearly didn't have a lot of financial resources. I could've been left with a permanent disfigurement, but he honestly saved my face. Ten years later, I still faithfully go to Nebraska Dermatology, where he keeps his private practice, to get Dysport and other forms of dermatology care. Hi

Dr. Largen has been my family's dermatologist for my entire life. Recently, I moved to North Lincoln (which makes the drive to his office quite long), so I took a couple of appointments with another provider. After experiencing the drastic difference in level of care, it was an EASY choice to go back to Dr. Largen. He is absolutely worth the drive. One thing you'll notice is that you do have to book far in advance—because his patients are loyal and keep coming back time and time again. Just plan on making your appointments in advance! I have never been treated so rudely at any establishment, let alone a physicians office. The woman working the front desk on 3/22/2023 was outrageously rude and unprofessional. I will not be rebooking at this office solely due to the poor treatment I received by her.
