My Nurse Practitioner Kasey Weaver was Outstanding! Several Months ago, I was in a very bad way due to an allergic reaction I had to a medication prescribed to me by another Physician. I tried desperately to get in to see a Dermatologist at many places but had no luck. Thank God I made the call to This office. They agreed to see me right away. When I arrived, I was met by a Medical Assistant named Zachary. He was fantastic!! He could tell by the look of me this was something that needed attention quickly and ushered me into an exam room. WARNING LONG BUT DETAILED My first appointment here was great and then after that I kept questioning everything. My second appointment the NP looked me over for 5 minutes I kept trying to ask her questions and she kept trying to leave the room like there was something more important going on. Another time I was there said NP was screaming in the hall that she had to have a team meeting because no one was listening. Told me I had to start using tretinoin for my face for anti aging when I never went in for anything anti aging. I was there for a cancer screening. The first time I had supposed cancerous moles removed I was watching the assistant set the room up with her gloves on she pickup garbage up off the floor, and redid her pony tail. This is MY experience. They did a body scan said like 4 moles looked suspicious. One had to get removed because of “pre cancer” (whatever the proper term is) so I get it removed. During the procedure the Dr was super unprofessional. She was singing to the songs which to me you should be focusing not singing. She dropped several of the instruments that landed on the chair or on me and picked them up and just started using them again. I was told verbally and over text even before I got it done that my scar would heal in a thin line. Well fun fact it very much did not. It is wide and still red months later I got it done the beginning of October. When I went in twice after the procedure because it didn’t look right I was brushed off and told to just give it time. They called me back 15 minutes after my appointment time (Video shows the reason) . They then told me once I was taken in that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor wasn't there. Just Unprofessional Also the doctor seen the marks on my back; she then proceeded to say the "acne" which are just marks on my back were called medicine induced acne ..... I never taken meds when they came to be ... Good guess doc... Also she diagnosed me with H.S. but I don't have any itchy or painful bumps. They are spots | Not acne | and they just bleed a lot. Ill never go back to this doctor even if they paid me .

I would strongly caution anyone considering surgical procedures at this clinic. I had two deep mole excisions on 2/13/26 and experienced multiple serious issues. I was prescribed an antibiotic without being asked if I was breastfeeding, and it was not safe. It was canceled, but no correct replacement was provided promptly, and I later learned another antibiotic prescribed was also inappropriate. Four days later, my stitches completely failed and the wound reopened. The clinic has no nurse line or on-call provider (completely unacceptable), so I had no choice but to go to the ER. Emergency physicians told me the wound was deep enough that internal sutures should have been placed but were not. Both surgical sites were infected, and stitches in my back had become embedded in my skin and had
