WOW.....is the first thing I can say!! We had a situation that a case was lost by a shipping company. Typically this would be manageable, however, this case had been going on for quite some time. I called, spoke to Tina and explained to her what had happened and she was more than happy to help. The case was delivered to their lab on Thursday evening and was in the mail, back to us, THE VERY NEXT DAY!! Their response was incredible and we will certainly be using them again!!!
