I am an office manager for a dental practice. NDX H&O has always come through with excellent cases in a timely manner. The gentleman Bill, who picks up and drops off our cases is always smiling. Would highly recommend.

12/6/22 Once again NDX comes through for me, I needed a quick repair and thank god Rachel still works here. After speaking with Rachel I was in the lab in less than 24 hours, I can’t even get into my Dentist in 24 hours, Seriously this place is Aces. I am not affiliated with NDX in any capacity but i do think they deserve the credit for being all about the customer service. thank you Rachel and your entire team for the quick fix. I have been working with this lab for the past four months on a repair that was done under warranty, I cannot tell you how professional this lab has been they are extremely polite and I have dealt with Rachel Janice Peggy and Tony.
