NCH Physician Group: Dr. Sheryl C. De La Motta-Murray

No remorse, no apology, just the axe! I contacted this doctor‘s office in June 2024, I was told that I would not be able to see her for my initial visit until February 2025. I agreed to wait because I needed a good primary care physician and her ratings were excellent. I just received a phone call from her office today, December 22, 2025, informing me that she is retiring and that I will not be able to rely on her as my primary care physician! She might have high marks for her medical treatment but she fails miserably when it comes to running a dependable practice! Perhaps now she will have plenty of free time on her hands to peruse all of the glowing patient reviews including this one.

Am new to the area and Dr. de la Motta was referred to me by another physician. At my first appointment it was clear that she had read and was familiar with my past medical history. She took time to talk with me and I was very comfortable throughout the visit. She was knowledgeable about my existing conditions and I am very happy as a patient.

I am a new patient and was very pleased to meet Dr. De La Motta. She spent quality time with me was kind and easy to talk to. She reviewed my health history becoming well acquainted with my health concerns. Set up my portal and communication is all good. Staff is friendly, office clean. So glad I found her.
