I have returned to Nazareth time and time again. staff and therapy is delightful and helpful. i am fortunate to have come and get to experience there newly opened skilled wing. the rooms and amenities are fantastic. The young lady Brianne comes every morning to check on me and is very helpful. I recommend anyone wanting to come for skilled therapy to come her

I recently took my grandfather to Nazareth Living Care Center, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The facility is clean, organized, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put our family at ease. We are grateful for the support and care my grandfather is receiving, and we feel confident knowing he is in such good hands. Highly recommend Nazareth Living Care Center, especially with staff like Mr. Estrada - the maintenance director - along with all the nurses/CNAs who truly make it feel like home.

I'm thankful for Nazareth staff. Every single person has been super attentive with my father (room 264) and so respectfull with his needs. He constantly tells me everyone treats him well and that is why he doesn't want to leave. Him telling me this makes it a little easier for my heart aches every time I leave him. Thank you all for all you do. Your staff is amazing!

Facility has a beautiful new wing. Don’t let that fool you. Had a family member transfer there from the hospital. Within 4 hours of being at the facility, we were en route back to the hospital for respiratory failure. Oxygen concentrator they provided was last serviced October of 2019 and was only producing purity of 75 % far below what’s considered medical grade.

I am currently a patient at Nazarethlcc and am very pleased with the care received. PT, OT, CNAs most helpful others in the health field who bring me my medication(RNs) and any other i can't name. Good care, sincere care from everyone! The food is very good, too.
