Navneet K Grewal

My GP recently retired and I was looking for a new one and I'm very happy that kismet brought me to Nr. Navneet Grewal. I had an introductory visit with her yesterday (not my annual yet) and my experience w/ her and the office staff (Rose et al) was an extremely positive one. I look forward to going back for my annual and continuing a Dr. / Patient relationship with this practice. The only negative is that they lock the doors at lunchtime between 12pm and 1pm so if you take an Uber or taxi like I did, you better hope that it's not pouring outside! I joked with Dr. Grewal and said your door says "Walk-Ins Welcome" but you should change it to Walk-Ins Welcome, Except for Lunchtime! ;)

I absolutely think that Dr. Grewal is a fantastic physician. She listens and hears everything you are saying. Have recommended her to several friends and relatives. Everyone thanked me for the recommendation. The office staff is so kind and friendly. No attitudes. The best!!!

New to Delray Beach. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. There was no wait. The medical assistant brought me right back to the exam room. She was very sweet and thorough on getting my previous medical history and medications that I am on. Then it just went downhill. The doctor came in the exam room and asked me questions about my diagnosis, I told her I have Graves’ disease, hyperthyroidism and anxiety she stated that I don’t have Graves’ disease, how can a physician say that when she doesn’t even have my medical records! I have been going to Dr Grewall for 8 months. Usually they are on top of things. I need a script fora mammogram and aB 12. I have talked to whoever is answering the phone. I have called three times. Once leave a message. Nope I don’t leave messages. Please answer the phone. It was not during lunch hours. I still have no script on a mammogram due in a few days as well as a B12 shot appointment due 2 days ago. She might be too busy for my needs.
