I do not know what is the problems whit the Coffee Specials that the first day you go on the store and the prices never say what the newspaper say.

When you have employees and managers that don't know what they're doing, causing you to waste 30 minutes of your time, in line... You need new management. I went to this store to deposit money into my Capital One account like I've done before and because the cashier had never done it, told me they didn't do that there. The manager, Hector, which also didn't know, told me he had to call someone above him to ask. Once he got off the phone he said they didn't put money on phones... They forced me to go to another CVS to do what I've already done many times in this store. All they had to do was scan the barcode and the register tells them what to do. They didn't even bother trying.

This store is a disaster. The employees don't speak English and the management completely ignores the lack of staffing. Now that it's the holiday season there was a line with at least 10 customers and only TWO CASHIERS!! This store is an embarrassment for the CVS brand.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I searched this location online and it stated that it closed at 7:30 PM. I drove 15 minutes there and arrived by 6:30 PM. When I tried to register through the kiosk it would not allow me to register. I took a seat and waited for the nurse to come out so that I could tell her the computer was not working. After waiting 20 minutes for her to open the door. She told me that the system would not accept my registration. Because they close at 7:30. I don’t understand why they would put false information on the website. If they stop seeing patients at 6:30 then It should state this on the website so that sick patients don’t waste their time driving over here before it closes. 1 star because it's required to post this. BEWARE OF THESE CRIMINALS!!! As a white Miami born anglo man, I was discriminated against at this pharmacy today. After visiting the Minute Clinic my prescriptions were given to the pharmacy. The Minute Clinic nurse was phenomenal! Next I go to the pharmacy drop off window. The clerk could not communicate with me nor she could not even understand what she was reading nor could she determined that my middle initial of my name was not part of my last name. I politely, yet very sick, tried to assist her. She did not speak English. I advised her that the information on file is old and need to update my address and phone number and showed her on the paper the updated information so she can easily type it in from the Minute Clinic paperwork.
