Navarro Discount Pharmacy

After trying to get in contact with someone in this pharmacy since 11am I finally was able to reach a representative around 1:27pm ( Dalis Muñoz) not sure if that’s how her name is spelled. Didn’t give proper customer service wanted to get me off the line to run to her break instead of helping me find another store that could have the medicine that I need because they don’t have it at that location. Very sad to see that as a Hispanic it is always the Hispanics providing bad customer service and nasty attitudes. I can see from past reviews that this store doesn’t take customer service seriously. Do better and be nicer! Hello ? How are you? No manners at all anymore.

This place is horrendous, employees screaming at each other from one side to other side of the store, really bad customer service at all times, if you ask for help or asking something they have bad attitude, including pharmacy, there is a young doctor, she even can help you or been nice at you if you ask about a medicine, not paying attention to you and putting bad face like if she is tired of people needing help with something...

I picked up 2 rx's and it could not have been smoother. The employee was so nice and had a big smile. I was also asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist. It is so nice to be taken care of in a way that I have almost forgotten about. I was made to feel as if I mattered to the cashier, as well as the pharmacist. Thank you for a very pleasant visit.

This is not the first time that I visit navarro store and I'm very upset with the customer service. The music too high that even u can't talk with the person beside u. IT IS NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY

I'm not sure it's my personal opinion but I never have a nice feeling about this particular store. Staff looks stressed and not a single pleasant greeting or something like Hi!
