Navarro Discount Pharmacy

Terrible service. The woman working in the OTC department was rude and refused to give me my OTC medication because they wanted to close the store and leave. The manager, instead of doing the right thing, also supported her. I don't recommend this store to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

This Navarro location the pharmacy staff seems to be lost and disorganized at all times. Pharmacist (female) has a defensive and rude attitude. Lines are always long and only one staff member looking for the medication and processing the charge. On June 3rd I attempted to contact the pharmacy and they answered the call and hang up. I had to call about 8 times until finally someone responded. The service at this location is getting worst and worst by day. CVS needs to finally do something with this location and the training of these pharmacy staff. They need a whole new team wanting to work and give true customer service! This is unacceptable!

Good staff, checkout can take forever during busy hours, great prices.
