Recently took my mother to the clinic as she was in heart failure. The staff was amazing and the doctors did everything possible to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. She was ultimately flown to a nearby hospital and is home recovering now. I can’t thank the amazing personnel at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune enough.
I'm finally taking the time to leave a review after a year, for the incredible care I received from Dr. Adams and her team during my C-section. OMG, they were AMAZING! From the anesthesiologist to the nurses and entire theater team, everyone was top-notch. I felt completely assured and safe in their hands. I wish I could personally thank each team member with a bouquet of flowers! Sorry it's taken me so long to express my gratitude, but please know that Dr. Adams and her team truly went above and beyond. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of me!
The doctors were excellent, but the pharmacy staff made the experience frustrating. After my wisdom tooth extraction, I waited over 2 hours for my medication. The pharmacy employees were rude, dismissive, and impatient, which is unacceptable—especially when a patient is in pain. If it were possible to give –5 stars, I absolutely would.
go ANYWHERE else. 1st time i went for severe bleeding, potential miscarriage and was told it was a “bad period”. 2nd time came in as a trauma patient from a car accident and was told that since my ears weren’t bleeding and i don’t remember if i hit my head ill “probably be fine”; over a year later i have extreme back pain and debilitating migraines. 3rd time went in for one of the migraines because nothing was working and they told me to hold up my arms, had me walk in a straight line, then gave me ibuprofen and told me to drink more water. i JUST called to see if they could give me IV fluids and do a migraine cocktail since my rescue meds aren’t working on top of everything else i’ve tried and she was extremely rude “it’s up to your provider” “so what’s your question”. you’d have better l
What does it take for people to receive good Healthcare. My mother sat in this hospital for 7 hours before she checked her own self out. What a load of crap. Should be ashamed of yourself and who ever work this shift tonight. 7 HOURS!!!!!!
