I’m 11 weeks pregnant on traveling orders with my husband reaching out to get a referral so I can do testing on my baby to see if they are okay I need the testing done but apparently yall are just way to cool to answer the phone I have been calling for a month straight with no answer from anyone? Make that make sense it’s been non stop problems with this medical center and you can see why I’m trying to get a referral out of kings bay because you guys can’t do your job

Nobody will pick up the phone. They clued in on this and to make sure nobody is available to take your call they repeat the menu options instead of sending you to an operator. Good luck scheduling anything here.

I've been calling the clinic for a week straight to get my records transferred with no response and not even a recording to leave a message. I have to call with my overseas number and stay up late just to call for nothing. It's not cheap, and I absolutely need the records asap. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a response.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the unacceptable conditions and service at NSB Kings Bay Medical Clinic. I understand that challenges may arise, the consistent lack of professionalism and accountability is utterly deplorable. This situation is intolerable, and I respectfully request immediate action to address these critical shortcomings.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for at least 30 minutes. Not even on hold, no one bothered to pick up! I called multiple times, because of don't have a car and had very limited time to make this appointment. How is our military so over funded and still so bad at taking care of their people? An edit after the fact, I got in touch through another department. Turns out despite the hours saying open until 6, everyone in general had left by 4 pm on a Monday! I wish reviews could go into the negative.
