I came here because of the good reviews but was very disappointed - 1. The masseuse only used her forearms and elbows. This was extremely painful despite asking her to use “light” and “less” pressure. It was not comfortable. She kept only doing my back and my shoulder. 10 minutes was dedicated to my hand and my feet, arms and legs. 2. Use of hot stone - the masseuse used the side of the stones in a scrubbing motion. Painful and uncomfortable. 3. Speed of all massage strokes - super fast. Massages shouldn’t feel like a scrub. That’s what it felt for the whole hour. 4. $20 tip was requested prior to service. I mean - I’m happy they were transparent. But based on the above reasons, I didn’t think that tip was deserved

Amazing and very reasonable. Unfortunately, I had a different masseuse every time but never had a bad massage. I found it to be clean and massage people were very professional. Before I started my monthly massage there, I suffered from daily anxiety, now I’m relaxed and never had anxiety attacks again.
