From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was seamless I used a tablet to input my information digitally, which was efficient and modern. Dr. Jorge Mercado (D.M.D.) is exactly the kind of dentist you want when you're in pain. He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and immediately put me at ease. I had the same dentist from childhood up until 3 years ago when he retired. I was well into my 40's so my family used him for a long time. We had an expectation of what a dental office should be like. I was recommended to Natural Smiles from my brother in law and man am I so glad I came here. The staff is exceptional!! Super friendly, accommodating and warm. The office is small just like our old office which is what we have been looking for. The dentist was so friendly and talkative, getting to know me as a new patient. This level of service is what makes me drive 30 min for an appointment. From the first moment speaking with them on the phone, the staff at Natural Smiles of Orlando was so friendly. They were able to get us in quickly since we were trying to beat an insurance change deadline. Dr. Mercado was so nice and took the time to explain things and answer any questions we had. He was great with my boys and it was one of their favorite dental visits. I appreciate that more natural approach this office takes (no fluoride, low radiation x-rays). We will definitely be back with the whole family as soon as we get settled.

We’ve had this dentist about five years. He listens and recommends appropriate services. Never any issues with billing. Only one issue with scheduling in the four years we’ve been there and staff was changing at that time. Office is always clean and staff are super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this dentist. I am disappointed that I have to change providers but hopefully we find someone just as good.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years, and finding Dr. Mercado was a life saver for me. I used to hesitate to see a dentist, even when I really needed to, but Dr. Mercado makes it so much easier. He’s patient and never pushy about treatments, which I really appreciate. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and make every visit comfortable.
