Natomas Urgent Care

I recently visited this urgent care clinic and had mixed feelings about the experience. The medical staff took good care of me and were attentive, which I do appreciate. However, the cleanliness of the facility was concerning. The hallway was dirty, the floors did not appear properly cleaned, and the walls especially had visible stains and marks. In an urgent care setting, cleanliness is extremely important, so I hope management takes steps to improve maintenance and sanitation. While I’m thankful for the care I received, the environment definitely needs attention.

Yesterday, I decided to come to urgent Care since I couldn't get scheduled with my new PCP or even verification of who my new PCP is, basically I've been getting the run around from my Insurance provider after calling them on 3 different occasions! My synptoms had been going on for over 3 weeks, and every single cold/flu home remedy and over the counter remedy did not help me at all! Turns out I didn't have STREP/COVID/Allergies, etc. I have Pharyngitis. I was prescribed an antibiotic for a few days. My symptoms are already improving, and it doesn't hurt like hell to swallow anymore. Had I not gone in, I'd be feeling worse today since the pain was all the way down to my neck where it hurt to laugh or even talk. I'd be at risk of losing my voice again, which can't happen since my job is c

The worst urgent care in Sacramento. They couldn't fill out a simple form right or correct it after the error. It's caused me nothing but headaches. These people are completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Instead I recommend AIM urgent care, it's the best one in Sac, or really just any other UC.

Actually, everything was great! The doctor quickly and efficiently took care of my issue. Yes, it wasn’t exactly fast, but I was prepared for that since this was an urgent care visit, not a scheduled appointment. The whole visit took about an hour and a half — but let’s not forget, that included the X-ray and getting the results! Everyone — from the front desk staff to the medical assistants and X-ray technicians — was very kind and polite. I’m really happy I came here. Thank you!

Made an appointment online. Showed up as schedule time. Even have a text confirmation. Receptionist states they don’t have access to online appointments and are not taking any more patients. Disable appointments scheduling online if not being used or don’t have access. Why have it setup. No wonder so many bad reviews. Poor organization and terrible customer service. No attempt to correct situation.
