The best customer service I've experienced at a pharmacy. Very personable and it's great to support a local business. Just wish I'd left CVS and started using them earlier! I would have experienced a lot less frustration.

I went to pick up a prescription last night. I received a call from the pharmacist last week letting me know that it was ready for pickup (note that I dropped the prescription off on January 26, but he "ordered the wrong medication" and had to send it back). ANYWAY. He fumbled around for approximately 12 minutes until finally he came up and said that he didn't know where the medication was. "We probably gave it to someone else." Thinking that I misheard him, I asked for clarification. He repeated: "We must have given it to someone else." THEN under his breath, he said "I called you two or three times..." (which is a lie). So if you go to this pharmacy, know that if you don't pick up your prescription within seven days of the "third phone call," your prescription will be given to a mysteri

Dr. Opara runs a great pharmacy! he is always going the extra mile to help costumes! CALL INSURANCE. i always get the best service at his pharmacy. PLUS the prices are great.

Exceptional customer service. I communicated with two pharmacists, Dr. Opera and Max, both who were super helpful and I got my prescriptions in a timely manner. I will be back.
