What a delightful staff!! The front desk receptionists both are worth their weight in gold (give them a raise and a bonus!!). The Med Asst assigned to my case was amazing. She was calming and answered my many questions. This was a very good experience and I will be sure to let everyone know how pleased I am with the care provided.

Be warned, while these are nice people, the Hemorrhoidal Embolism procedure is far from guaranteed. My results from their procedure were a leg full of blood from an aneurism and a follow up appointment after three weeks where Dr. Kim said, "O well I guess it just didn't work for you" without any effort at an explanation of why it didn't work. I found his lack of care troubling, especially following a procedure that he failed to accomplish what he had insisted was very likely to work.

All the employees of this office were wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient are all words I would use to describe the staff. I didn't have long waits at National Vascular Associates; but there was coffee, water and a TV that made any wait more tolerable. I especially appreciate that the TV is set to the Game Show Network (I'm not fond of the home renovation or real estate shows.)

You can’t make changes in a patient’s procedure method without informing him. You can’t submit documents to the insurance saying you’re going to inform the patient but you don’t. You can’t say all procedures will be covered by insurance while patient is responsible to pay more than a lot of money. You can’t say the doctor is very experienced while he is not. I have a longer list of reasons to lose trust in this facility.

I had my first visit with Dr. Southern for a blood clot. Starting with my initial phone call for an appointment until I stepped on the office the next day - all went very smooth. The receptionist was wonderful too. The entire experience was outstanding. They were able to ultrasound my left calf for the blood clot follow up right in the office. Dr. Southern was very thorough in his assessment and explanation as to next steps in my treatment. Thank you to all.
