National Orthodontics

This has been a horrible experience from beginning to end. Please let this be a last option. I moved out of state and still can get out of this contract. Threats with going on my credit without paying full balance when asked if there a fee im willing to pay to break contract even stated they can remove braces if that would help.. mind you nothing has been done to my teeth. Horrible place please look into different options

I was honestly skeptical about visiting this location for my first time. But what I can say is this location is beautiful from the staff to the shinny floors! The staff is highly welcoming and Sky always checked on me throughout the process. I literally have no complaints. Good Job National Orthodontics! This is how you get and keep a patient!

Ms. Linn is amazing and has wonderful customer service and keeps me on top of my appointments even when I forget Im grateful for people like her & it translates throughout the office…Professionalism 10/10 I look forward to coming here because the staff is so down to earth , Definitely Recommend it.

Cam was such an amazing person. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk. She answered all my questions and help me understand my process with my braces. If you need braces and you come here, please ask for Cam she will get you right.

I will update at my actual appointment but first impression was not welcoming. Imani was rude when I scheduled my appointment as I felt rushed; she even stated "I have to take this other call" as I tried to provide the insurance information that SHE ASKED for. This location has good reviews so I hopeful for friendly, welcoming service at my actual appointment.
