National Dental Plainview

I’m amazed at this place has anything but one Star reviews. If you’re waiting 2 1/2 months for an appointment? They called me in the middle of the day to ask if I could come two hours early for my appointment the following day. I told him I absolutely could not make it happen. The next morning? They send me a text message confirming my appointment for an hour Earlier than it actually was. I called them and they told me that dental technician wants to go home early. They tell me that my appointment was originally for the time they text me. Completely forgetting? They had sent me a text message two months before confirming my actual appointment. I don’t know why I had a bad day today in national dental Hicksville. When I got there I was 5 mints early then my appointment I waited there for almost 20 mints. During this 20 mints waiting, this rude guy was cleaning the TV. While he had his shoes on and stand on the chair where patient sit on it. They should use a ladder to clean stuff. After 20mints I was called by a nurse and went inside. They start the procedure and did for 5 mints, and the Dr and nurse left me alone in room and said they will be back in 10 mints, but they did not show up in 1 hour. They should not make any one to wait for that long!

Hi HIGHLY RECOMMEND National Dental! I had lower implant done a week ago & couldn’t be happier!! In this short time I have gotten so many compliments…NATIONAL DENTAL is truly the place to go!! Before even arriving, the receptionist was extremely nice calling and texting about my appointment. Getting there, the receptionists were so nice and welcoming. The office is beautiful. Dr. Solomon was extremely kind, informative, listened to my concerns, and put me at ease. The two dentist who took all my X-rays were also very nice. Lauren who helped with pricing was thorough and so kind. Would highly recommend coming here!

The Women who answered my phone call yesterday February 10th 2025 around 11am was extremely rude and dismissive when I simply asked for MY record of the very expensive deep cleaning I paid 100% out of pocket for. She went on to tell me she isn't giving me the information and it's against hippa law... All I needed was a ledger that stated what work was done so I can show my other dentist. Even my other dentist office was saying this women is withholding information that didn't need to be withheld. Too bad she didn't give me her name but she had a European or Russian accent. I called again to put in a complaint about her and I couldn't even get an office manager on the phone. I just spoke to another employee working the front desk. Do better, I was stressed out to the max because this women
