National Allergy & ENT - North Charleston

I have had multiple negative experiences with this office that reflect poor organization and unprofessional patient interactions. On 2 January 2026, the clinic lost my allergy vials. I was made to wait nearly an hour while staff searched for them, only to be sent home without receiving treatment. On 9 January 2026, I was asked to complete a DD Form 2527 (Statement of Personal Injury – Possible Third Party Liability) despite the fact that I have never been injured at this practice. When I declined to sign the form, the front desk receptionist told me that I could be held financially liable for the service I received if I refused to sign. This caused me concern because here are the instructions on the DD Form 2527: "We recently received a claim from you or your medical care provider for m

So difficult to get a hold of and them to be on it with medical records, insurance, nd prescriptions. Myself and two other friends of mine have all been having issues with these things. One of my two friends attending and I now go elsewhere. 2 stars because they work when they are on top of things, which I can't knock that.

My son weighs himself almost every morning because he's trying to gain weight. "Doctor" tells me my sone needs an adult epipen because he's 68lbs after being weighed with clothes, shoes, winter coat and stuff in his pockets. I told the "doctor" that my son is not 68 lbs. He insisted and still called in the adult epipen to the pharmacy. That is very dangerous & I'll never return to this office. Hope they never kill anyone with their inaccurate dosages.

I have been a patient since 2019. I’ve had incredible service from the doctors and staff members. The receptionist that works at the front office with the red hair can be incredibly rude and disregard you making you feel like you inconveniencing her. What makes it even worse is I have heard her on several occasions making comments about me to other staff members which is very unprofessional makes me uncomfortable as anyone would be. I expect to be treated as a human being and a patient.
