Natick Family Eye Care

I procrastinated with getting an eye exam and a new pair of glasses for over a year and was pleasantly surprised by this office located right around the corner from my house. Scheduling and appointment took less than a week, the prescription that Dr Miller selected works great and I was able to order a pair of glasses right after the appointment. To sum things up, great availability, great process and great glasses with perfect prescription as a result. What else can one possible ask for?

Dr. Miller is an excellent optometrist....probably one of the best in area. He always does a thorough exam and makes sure you understand what is going on and all your options with respect to your eye care. He also does a great job explaining your eye insurance benefits. He is a very down to earth person which makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is also very helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller and Natick Family Eye Care to everyone!!!

Dr. Miller has been my eye doctor for years. His friendly staff and professional manner have made it easy to go to my appointments. He patiently answers any questions I have, and takes the time to make sure I understand. They make it easy by dealing with the insurance company and all of the billing themselves and I just have to show them my insurance card. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone needing an optometrist.

Doctor Miller is both friendly and knowledgeable. I wear both contacts and glasses and am unfortunately old enough that I need bifocals, So there are all sorts of things that I need his help with. He seems to know a lot about what the most recent things on the market are and makes good recommendations as to what he thinks will be useful for me. He's also good at navigating insurance coverage. Both my husband and I nave seen him for about a decade and will continue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for several years and have always been impressed with his practice. He has always taken the time to answer any questions, whether they are about my eye care or insurance. His staff is incredibly helpful and his location very convenient to the Metrowest area.
