After waiting for 8 months for my appointment on 10-1-25 I got a message from my chart from the hospital that they canceled my appointment when I called them they wanted to reschedule me for June of 2026 this is completely ridiculous they want me to see their nurse practitioner and pay the same price as a doctor I'm willing to see a nurse practitioner if it's cheaper I'm paying full price I want to see the freaking Doctor I will never go to this place ever again I don't care if my skin is falling off this is the second time they've canceled my appointment 2 days before so it's actually been a year and a half since I've seen the skin doctor they just keep trying to push that nurse practitioner on me I will never use this practice ever again they also said they called me and there's no reco

Dr. Miller is wonderful and we are so blessed to have him and his staff in Klamath Falls. He is so knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommended!

Great practice. Nurse, resident, and doctor were all very courteous and friendly. The doctor (Nathan Miller) was able to help me with my concern at my first appointment, quite promptly.

Dr. Miller and staff are amazing. I have never had a bad experience. Always professional and friendly.

FYI: customer service is a big thing. Smile, be respectful. One of the ladies there was all gloomy and it was so hard to hear her. when you tried to talk with her, so difficult to get an answer.....
