What is really sad here is that a lot of people complain about the same thing, which is a the customer service that ultimately goes back to the manager of the office. The doctor should really rethink his staff if everybody complains about the rudeness and the lack of customer service. But mostly nobody has bothered to answer and apologize to any of these reviews or the one under the actual office name. While the doctor is very nice and most of the staff as well, I had the misfortune of dealing with a technician that was completely inept in many levels. She already made a mistake on my actual reading glasses that was supposed to be bifocals but she couldn’t get the bifocal division correctly two times in a row. First time too high, then too low. Terrible customer service! The lady that answered the phone, all she said was “hello”, as if she was answering her personal cell phone. She was very rude and did not answer any of my questions. I will never use nor refer this place to anyone else.

The lady that answered was super rude. Get ready for unprofessional customer service.
