I am very upset by my experience. I had a mole removal procedure exactly one month ago. I was wondering why the stitches hadn't fallen out yet and the site looked infected with pus drainage. It wasn't healing yet. I called the office to tell them this and they got me in the next morning to look at it. The male assistant or nurse told me they were under the impression that I was going to take out the stitches myself after 2 weeks. I thought it was supposed to fall out by itself. The assistant said there was miscommunication. Any person in a professional field should have a total understanding of a patient's needs and accurately and efficiently communicate and ensure understanding. He took out the stitches. I was like I was supposed to do this myself?? Why am I to provide myself this medical

My last 2 visits with Dr. Sun were enough for me to look for another dermatologist. I don't have any faith in her. For example, I've had skin checks before with a different doctor and they were very thorough. It took her less than 3 minutes just to look me over. She's nice, but that's it.

I've seen several dermatologists at different facilities in the last 30 years or so. After retiring and relocating, Dr Natalie Sun is my newest. She is very friendly, has a great personality, I like her very much, the staff at the facilty were also all very friendly. She was thorough and explained every proceedure that day during my office visit. I'm very happy in choosing not only this facility, but also Natalie Sun as my Dermatologist.

Dr. Sun is a wonderful doc, she knows what she's doing. I respect that. Plus she's very nice.

Have a terrible itchy rash on my face, called for an appointment and the receptionist was very rude, told me that because of my ailment the doctor couldn’t see me until February. The rash on my face is really bad, where is my dermatologist when I need her. ???
