I have seen her twice and both times she’s was over an hour late. I understand taking your time and listening to your patients, if that is why you’re continually late then schedule accordingly. If, as a patient you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment gets cancelled. No one persons time is more valuable than another’s. It’s bad practice to not even communicate if you’re going to be over an hour late for an appointment. She is knowledgeable and kind in all other areas but the lack of consideration with your patients time is not okay.

Dr Faith is personable, very knowledgeable and cares about the patients. She seems to be up to date on all the medical science related to Rheumatology and leaves no stone unturned diagnosing and making a treatment plan with her patient. I am so pleased to have found such a doctor as her, and highly recommend her to anyone with arthritis and joint pain issues.

If you hate yourself and need someone who will start you on a medication only to not follow through with your prescription authorization making stop and start medication that clearly states DO NOT Stop and start, she is your girl. Office will not allow you to change to another doctor in the practice approved by her’. Can someone say god complex. Crap of a doctor and human being.

If you want to wait 1-2 hours for a doctor to see you, Dr. Faith is the doctor you. I’ve had two appointments, one in person and one virtual. Both early morning appointments. No regard for a patient’s time. No explanation provided for being over an hour late for a 7:45am appointment. The triage nurse told me if I was unhappy about waiting “to complain to Dr. Faith” When I asked Dr. Faith for an explanation, she didn’t like it and said I should find another doctor. It is extremely rude and disrespectful for a doctor to deem their time more important than their patient. Yet somehow she thought my frustration was disrespectful and said she would be uncomfortable continuing as my doctor. My appt today did not happen. I was scheduled for 11:30. This was my first appt so I came early, my paperwork was filled out and I gave it to the registration folks. I waited for 1 1/2 hours to see Dr Faith, as I sat in the room, I could hear the staff bullshitting outside. I walked out asked if there was an emergency, they said no and I said I think I have waited long enough. Maybe the staff should have been rescheduling Dr Faith’s appts since she was running already an hour and a half late instead of bullshitting. They have signs all over that say, if you do not show up for your appt you still have to pay for it. HMMM what about if the dr does NOT show up?????????
