Excellent experience last Thursday evening. Was signed in by Maureen who was kind and friendly and Smiling. I waited hardly any time for my ct scan. The tech was Sandy and also friendly and helpful unlike other places I’ve been where they dont even introduce themselves. Though out of my way it was a pleasure to be there. Even the staff behind the counter was smiley.

I had the best experience at Nassau radiologic group in Garden City. The staff is super friendly, all of them were so attentive to my needs for my tests. I had a CAT scan on Tuesday and then I had to return on Thursday for an MRI, Elaine, Kenny, Andrew, and Nicolas were amazing they have the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a long time. I will always go back and have my test there.

Hello, My name is Cynthia Delorantis and today 8/2/21019 at 8:30 AM I had a Mammogram & Sonogram at the Garden City Location on Stewart Avenue. As most of the women that come for these tests I was extremely nervous & anxious. The care & concern I received was top notch. From being greeted by Deborah & Vilma they put me at ease they were so nice, cheerful and helpful. Irene did my Mammogram and she explained everything did her best to be gentle & thorough and had genuine concern for my comfort. Palma did my sonogram and put me at ease, she was kind and professional. There were smiles all around and everyone was considerate of my time I was not kept waiting too long. Have been here twice in a few years. Everyone is so nice, great facility, and in my experience they are on time. They even asked what type of music I liked while in the scan.

They do not take requests for medical records over the phone, and the hours to request are 7:30-3:30. However, when I arrived after work at 3:00, I was told it is too late to request images and that I need to be there earlier in the day. I am very disappointed that I cannot request the CD via phone or electronically.
