I recently relocated to WV from VA. My allergist in VA is a family friend, he has a very successful business in the town I lived in, he has received several awards for his work, and he often travels to Haiti to help kids there. I brought my allergy serum (for shots) from my allergist to this new allergist in WV, Dr. Sheikh. He told me the serum I brought with me was a dangerous dose and that he cared for my health and well being too much to give me such a dangerous dose. I have been taking allergy shots from my VA doc for 3 yrs and have been just fine…they’ve been working wonders. The doctor is always out of town and the secretary doesn’t communicate with you very well. The last straw was when the doctor schedule an appointment but when the day came I called and the secretary told me that there was nothing schedule for me and that the doctor was out of town.
