Dr Ben Maliakkal and the nursing staff was simply amazing. I consider my mind to usually be calm under pressure. but at the time of my medical procedure I was pretty low mentally and psychologically. I had no one with me at the hospital and it was a very lonely place to be. From the young lady at the desk , to the nurse who prepped me and educated on the importance of having an Emergency contact who should know about my procedure and medical History ( lord forgive me for forgetting her name ) , to the anesthesiologist, to the nurse ( who wheeled me into the Surgery room, she actually drives 1 hour from Kentucky to work) and I finally met Dr Ben and the other nursing staffs. They were all in Sync and surgery was over in no time. I woke up wondering if the surgery was still going to take p

I just want to say going to the ER for a potential pregnancy loss is scary, but the ER staff there made my experience so much better. the gentleman at the triage desk was kind and acted quickly, he laughed at my dumb nervous joke. The nurses / techs were so sweet & caring, they communicated their every step & apologized for a little mess that was not their fault but just a part of doing their job. I wish I got their names but they were wonderful. The names I do have is Pam, NP. I am so happy we had her take care of us. She was so genuine in her every word & you can see in her eyes even after all her years of experience she still cares so much. One more individual whose skill is absolutely amazing was Jena , the ultrasound tech. She was so quick but yet still caring. She talked with us the

I was a post-op patient on the MedSurg floor after gallbladder surgery, and my experience with charge Nurse Regina was extremely distressing. At around 10:00 AM, I reported that my IV felt loose. No one came to assess it until about noon, at which point it had already fallen out. Because of this, I was unable to receive needed IV pain medication. I had just had surgery and was in severe, unrelieved pain — to the point of tears and extreme discomfort — for much of the day. Throughout the day, I repeatedly used the call button and asked for help. Nurse Regina came in more than once and told me she was not allowed to give me pain medication because it was not at the allotted time frame. However, I was later informed that there were alternative medications or methods that could have been use

Complaint Regarding Mistreatment During Overnight Stay I was mistreated by the overnight staff during my recent visit to the emergency room on October 18th, 2025. I checked in at 9:40 PM, and while the female doctor was great, my experience changed after the shift change at 10:00 PM. Once the male doctor took over, he did not acknowledge me or introduce himself. By 2:00 AM, he still had not entered my room or spoken to me, despite a misunderstanding between myself, a supervisor named Jamie, and another staff member. I explained to them that I understood if a radiologist was not available, which is why my CT results had not come back. I requested to be discharged since I hadn’t slept before I started 1 PM to 9 PM shift at my job but knew in my heart once I left work at 9pm it was best fo
