Naples Valley Dental

My children and I have been patients here for a while. My 7 year old had to have a filling today and was nervous. Jen at the front desk made everything sound so exciting . When Edith came out to get us, she was so sweet and sat down with my daughter and talked about her day. She took us back and explained all of the tools that they were going to use and made it fun. Then the Doctor came in. She was so patient and also made it fun for my daughter. They took their time and reassured her several times that she was doing a great job. All of our experiences here have been by far one of the best. Anastasia, Bridgett and the hygienist have all been wonderful too. We always feel like family and love this place!

This place is unbelievable, I missed one appointment, and I’m dropped from the dentist office, I missed the appointment because I was so nervous, I haven’t had the best results with this dentist. They filled a cavity for me and I’ve had nothing but problems with that tooth. So when they told me I needed a root canal, I obviously didn’t want them doing it because of my last experience but at the time I had no option. I was literally in tears crying because I didn’t want them doing it. I did however get a specialist to do my root canal, best decision I’ve ever made. I paid out of pocket but it was worth it. The ladies at the front are nothing but rude and I’m not only person to say that. Save yourself the trouble and go to Rochester. Paying out of pocket is better than these people messing

Naples Valley Dental stated in a reply to my 'review' that I was never a patient there. Lennon is my birth name--Naples Valley can look me up by using my married name--Joan Ferris. I want them (and all) to know I'm a real person, and they've completely destroyed my life with their incompetence. Their office is NOT competant, and after hours of conversations with the Medicaid office, they advised me to hire a malpractice lawyer, as they were filing a complaint against their office also. It has taken me over 6 months to get an initial appointment with a dentist in Rochester, the only one within 100 miles of my home. I used to drive 1.5 hours to Naples, there are no dentists that take Medicaid closer to me. They didn't appreciate that I took the time and spent the money traveling that f

Naples Valley dental is a small town office yet keeps up-to-date. And I want to give a shout out to Dr. Symans and her team. Dr. Symans disposition is quietly knowledgeable in her field and handles her cases with precision. She worked patiently and diligently with me. She made sure that my implant crown was correct and took the time needed for completion . It looks great and I am very satisfied. Thank you !!!

Love the newly renovated office! From the minute I walked in the door constant measures were taken by all staff to ensure my safety. Natasha was very thorough but gentle at the same time and always so personable. My teeth never felt cleaner! Doc and Anastasia work extremely well as a team making my entire time in the dental chair a pleasant one. Not only did I NOT feel the injection but I was continually asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. I was even offered a blanket! I love having perfectionists work on my teeth 😁. An overall great experience!
