Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. They were in my healthcare network, which made it financially convenient for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members at the front desk who helped me check in and get my appointment set up quickly. This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others. The front desk staff member who also handled my blood work was extremely professional and helped me feel at ease, even though I have a fear of getting my blood drawn. Nao urgent care is a wonderful place I would recommend to everyone. Wonderful staff the Medical assistance were very friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr Hausmann also made me feel very comfortable she explained everything to a tea. I just moved to Queens and I’m considering making her my PCP doctor facility is clean and the wait time was fast great experience 5/5 💕

They were ok, I didn’t like how I was required to change my PCP just to get a physical. They take too long to give results back. I had to wait over two weeks for a drug screen which costed me a job. Don’t go to them for this type of situation

I recognized your person-centered approach from the minute I walked up to the reception desk. The receptionist was warm and friendly. My wait time being a walk-in was very fast. The technician/nurse that took my vitals had a warm smile that immediately set me at ease. And my doctor really listened to me and the steps he took immediately started to alleviate my symptoms. I was looking for a new PCP and asked Dr. Dominick if I could schedule a yearly physical with him and spoke with him about some health goals I had for myself and he immediately said yes and that my health goals were ones we could work on together. My 5 star rating is 100% sincere and I look forward to being a client for a long time to come.
