Nao Medical - Hicksville Urgent Care

I took my daughter here today and had a wonderful experience. The front desk representative, Patricia, was excellent—very friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. The medical assistant, Myo, was also extremely helpful and kind with my daughter. Both Patricia and Myo showed great patience, which helped my daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. Dr. Shai was exceptional with my daughter and made sure that, as a mother, I felt heard and understood. She took the time to run thorough tests to ensure my daughter was well, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this practice. The staff is professional, compassionate, and welcoming, and the facility is very clean—from the front desk to the consultation rooms.

Not too great, but they’re improving, They’re supposed to be providing new comfortable recliners. they only have one old one, that people fight over. You cannot lay on a flat hard exam table and expect to be comfortable for two hours! It’s supposed to be a comfortable serene environment. They should also provide snacks and fluids afterwards. I have to supply everything myself.also I don’t appreciate being rushed out of the room for someone else, especially when I felt unwell. At least twice I had to wait at least 30-60 mins for my return ride. I had to lie down in the front office as I was feeding very unwell. One woman doesn’t seem to care like the others. Hopefully this place will improve soon. then I can give a better rating. I need to bring my own soft pillow and comfy blanket from Ho

I arrived on time and the check in process was easy and quick. My wait time was short. Dr Homa staff was professional , very polite and helpful. Dr Homa made me feel very comfortable with her caring concern overview of my examination, Questions she asked and encouragement for me to feel free to ask any questions to her of my health and examination. I was totally pleased and satisfied with my scheduled visit and would definitely reschedule another medical visit at her office. Sincerely L. smith.

I went in nao urgent care Hicksville location this morning to be seen for an emergency health issue I had! Patricia in the front was so amazing, polite and so quick took me in and did my vitals! Then I met with provider Dr. Antharam and her assistant Jaleeta! They came in right away to help me! I needed a surgical procedure! Dr. Antharam and Jaleeta were so patient, kind, gentle and understanding! I was very nervous and had plenty of question they answered all my questions! They made me feel comfortable , Never made me feel Rushed! I am so happy with this visit and with all the staff! It was my lucky day ! great experience! the people here were nice people to talk to. they knew what they were doing. Jaya especially was good to talk to. They recommended a couple places. X ray for my ankle because i rolled it. i had a great experience the front desk were helpful and they got stuff done right away
