FYI - I received the feedback email....when I click on thumbs down, it gives me a spot for feedback BUT it doesn't allow me to submit it. However, when I click on Thumbs Up it certainly allows me to submit it. This is why I am using Thumbs Up arrow to post a negative review.....even though I prefer to post it negative reviews only "privately". My experience was absolutely incomprehensible: It was dismissive, condescending, disrespectful & as though you don't have time for me even though you accepted the appointment. Your front desk/reception was very good - warm and welcoming. Thank you ladies. :):) However, the dental assistant literally stood at the doorway when talking to me. Dr. Trinh took over my former dentist's practice and she has been great. She gives options when she can and doesn't present you with the most expensive treatment, if she can save you some money. She is honest, very caring and personable, as is her staff. I trust her with my dental health and highly recommend her.

I am very pleased with the service of Dr. Trinh and her staff. She thoroughly explained every procedural step and executed them painlessly. I am very happy with the results. Every visit was a positive experience.

Dental office visits can be daunting for a lot of us, but the entire dental office is very friendly from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. Everyone there is so helpful and makes you feel very comfortable. I could not recommend this place more. They go above and beyond for all of their patients
