Very condescending and Unhelpful. I had an appointment with Dr Ho with a routine issue. Dr Ho suggested standard advice that my PCP had already provided. Except it wasn’t a second opinion; it was a needed visit. She didn’t ask why I needed to see a GI again. She showed no interest in my situation and offered zero empathy. After making me wait two months, she glanced at my chart the day before and dismissed me without a conversation. This was not just inconvenient; it was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. If there was an issue with my chart, why not
