Doctor Nancy Ho was exceptionally thorough and attentive during my doctor's visit, and I felt very comfortable throughout.

Very condescending and Unhelpful. I had an appointment with Dr Ho with a routine issue. Dr Ho suggested standard advice that my PCP had already provided. The only alternative treatment offered by Dr Ho was a surgical procedure, which I believed to be drastic considering the unremarkable nature of my illness. Less than 24 hours before my appointment with Dr. Ho, I received a call—informing me she wouldn’t see me because I had previously seen someone else. She claimed she doesn’t do second opinions. Except it wasn’t a second opinion; it was a needed visit. She didn’t ask why I needed to see a GI again. She showed no interest in my situation and offered zero empathy.
