Nana Girgis McMahon MD PC

Dr. McMahon has been a godsend for my family and our 3 little boys. We also fostered a little girl for a year and she was amazing with her. We moved from Charlestown to Boxboro unsure of where to go for our pediatrician and going with Dr. McMahon has been the best decision we have ever made. One of our sons has current and potential for more autoimmune issues and Dr. McMahon is always available, checking on him and making sure he gets all the help he may require. Dr. McMahon was my pediatrician for 18+ years. She has horrible bedside manner and in my opinion has no business interacting with children. I remember specifically requesting appointments on days the nurse practitioner was working as a teenager instead of Dr. McMahon because she made me so insecure and uncomfortable. When I was 17 she asked me about my plans. When I told her I was considering a pre-med course of study, she openly scoffed and said my fear of getting shots made that basically impossible. I still remember this specific interaction 10 years later. I truly believe Dr. McMahon is the reason I get extremely anxious during vaccines and doctors appointments to this day.

Dr. McMahon was extremely helpful and is good with kids. She talks to the kids as they are grown ups and makes them feel like they are a part of the conversation. Highly recommend!

Dr. McMahon was my pediatrician! I'm 33 years old now. But my mom absolutely loved her! She was great. If my mom needed an emergency appointment with me, she made sure she had an opening to get me in.

Was great! Was going to Lowell pedi in westford but had to many situations with them so I went to nana and it was great! She does know things that many doctors don't even think of! She will be my sons new doctor!
