Nagpal Dental Associates

I was recommended to Nagpal after moving here when I needed to find a new dentist and I trust the person fully who referred them. They are a no frills, authentic, and kind office - not like the cookie cutter practices I’ve been in where you feel just like another number and they push you to do things. Here you are actually listened to and cared for. They catered to my individualized needs and concerns especially when I was pregnant. Dr. Phull and Dr. Nagpal have a holistic approach and their hygienists have a great sense of humor as well. My teeth look great after leaving my most recent visit. Not every office is for everyone but they work for me and my needs.

The absolute worst. I don't know if there's more then one receptionist, but the one I dealt with acted like she had a large stick inserted in her & that she rather be hit by a bus then be at that desk. Very rude, very unprofessional. The dental associates are clueless . I sat in the chair crying because I have dental anxiety and they never said a word or anything trying to comfort. It really didn't make me feel any better sitting there in a chair for an hour waiting on the dentist while I just silently cried to myself And just to be extra petty the decor is still dated back from the 70s and screams " this is a personal hell equivalent to the DMV".

If you live in the TriState area avoid this office! My family have been loyal customers here for about 5 years… in spite of the receptionist. There have been very few appointments through the years where she hasn’t found a way to be snarky, disrespectful, or flat out mean/rude. During a miscommunication with my wife today, she absolutely snapped…screaming, attacking her with words, and while my wife was trying to calm her down she literally slammed the glass office door in her face. Her associate in the office, like my wife, was in shock over her behavior. The primary dentist at the practice was just willing to “talk to her”. Working with people is a big responsibility because people matter, this office isn’t up to the task. So if you’re weighing your options, I would strongly suggest goin

We switched about a year ago to Dr Napgal. We have had nothing but great experiences. Even when we needed work that wasn't covered they worked with us on the price and let us pay over a period of time without requiring us to take out a dental loan like many dental offices do. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. This was a great switch for our family.

I love Dr. Nagpal & his Staff they a kind & Considerate! He actually cares about his patients more than anything else! He has given me movie star teeth! Dr. Nagpal goes above & beyond to give you exactly what you need! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank God for this man!!
