Highly recommend! I had an achy and a stiff back for months and within the first massages I felt the relief and felt a significant improvement in my back muscles, she used different techniques to loosen my back muscles like cold, stones, hot towel, and other techniques she’s very knowledgeable and even sent me home with exercises to improve my mobility. Will definitely be coming back!
