I’ve had consistently great experiences with Dr. Nadimi and Yolanda, they are skilled, kind, and genuinely make dental visits comfortable. However, my concerns are entirely with the reception desk. There has been an ongoing pattern of poor communication. When the doctor or hygienist recommends something, the front desk never reaches out to explain the next steps. Instead, I’m asked about decisions at my next visit by the hygienist as if I had already been informed. This has happened multiple times. At my most recent appointment, I asked the receptionist about the communication (check phone number, email, something - because I do want a treatment done) and her response was surprisingly rude. She insisted that they had called, implied that I chose not to respond, and told me that this time I

Dr. Nadimi and his entire staff goes above and beyond for their patients. My daughter had a dental emergency and the staff did everything in there power to help us, accommodate us, and coordinate with a local endodontist to repair her tooth. The entire staff is amazing!

Very very pleased with this dentist ., I have an issue with crowns that caused an abscess from previous dentist which should’ve had a root canal. This dentist explained everything and I know now I’m in much better care! Very friendly office too !

I had brought my mother-in-law in to see Dr. Nadimi for a broken tooth. Dr. Nadimi and his staff are extremely pleasant and caring. Dr. Nadimi took the time and explained everything and made us feel so comfortable. They are the best!!

The staff here is amazing! Everyone in my family is a patient and we wouldn't want to entrust our dental health to any other practice! Dr. Hadi and Yolanda are the dream team.
