The doctor did ask a lot of questions and was engaged in my doctor visit. He made me feel comfortable and listen to the front of office was a different experience. There was a lady with a headwrap of Middle Eastern descent, who would say things under her breath and when I asked what she had said, she would not repeat it or say other than what she said under her breath, as it was happening, I could not believe that she would murmur something underneath her breath which I clearly heard and then when I asked her to repeat it, she wouldn’t She did state that she normally does not work the front office, which in my opinion is probably best. What was being said underneath her breath was clearly passive aggressive. I wish people would not buck if they weren’t going to buck up.
