The staff at Dr. Ezzi’s office have been absolutely unprofessional. I went in for a pre-surgical clearance, and someone from the front desk performed my EKG. She was clearly struggling to use the machine, and then told me I had “bad results” and needed to be cleared by a cardiologist. This caused unnecessary panic and forced me to rush to a cardiologist, which delayed my surgical plans. The cardiologist completed the evaluation and sent the clearance report last Saturday. Despite this, Dr. Ezzi’s office kept denying they received it, and when I personally emailed them the report, they continued to make excuses and refused to release the necessary paperwork to my hospital to keep my surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 10 AM. I’ve been calling repeatedly, but each time I’m told they’re “busy”

MZF Medical Services is our local medical practice, and what makes it truly special is that it’s home to Dr. Nisreen J. Ezzi, MD. She is the heart and soul of this office. I’ve seen her several times when my own PCP wasn’t available, and each time she has impressed me with her warmth, attentiveness, and intelligence. She has an exceptional bedside manner — reassuring, kind, and genuinely caring — the kind of doctor who makes you feel like you’re her only patient. What sets Dr. Nisreen apart is the way she listens. She doesn’t rush. She takes the time to carefully go through your medical history, connect the dots, and explain her thinking clearly. Dr. Ezzi has been my PCP for nearly 10 years now—from her old W John St address till her current Jerusalem Ave. location. I have yet to find a doctor who is as attentive and professional as she is. MZF has very clean facilities, helpful and friendly nurses, and a reasonable wait time. Also, I’m not a big fan of needles, but the nurses, particularly Diana, find a way to draw blood without feeling the needle and do an excellent job in helping one remain calm and relaxed. The only complaint I have is that cell service can be a bit spotty at times—not the practice’s fault, just a consequence of the area it’s in. Also, I noticed complaints about a past PA (Nicole) and while I didn’t experience the same level of disappointment when I saw her, I can understand why some might find her bedside

I recently visited and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The entire staff was very attentive and friendly. The office was also very clean and organized. Dr. Ezzi is very knowledgeable and takes time with her patients. I left the clinic feeling very well cared for. I highly recommend MZF Medical Services for everyone!
