I’m 41-years old and recently started seeing Scott for lower back and knee pain, and I’m extremely impressed. Mystic Massage and Wellness is far more than a regular massage spot—it’s truly a hybrid of physical therapy and massage. I just want to take a moment to share how grateful I am to God and Scott from Mystic Wellness. I came in because I was dealing with Daly chronic cramps, I was so desperate to find a solution/ relief while being hopeful for a complete healing. Within two sessions I was completely healed, may pain reduced down at first and then one day I was just walking with zero cramps and it’s been wonderful feeling myself again, I was literally sad everyday thinking I had to limit myself , I dreaded going to the store or anything that involved walking cause of the cramps. Scott used the Neubie machine and had me do exercises, he did some cupping and scraping and that sealed the deal. If you are an active person, athlete , or gym rat, Scott is your guy! Your body needs a good sports massage from Scott to keep you continuing strong and active. I had a few issues pertaining to tight hips and bicep pains from deadlifting, squatting, benching alot . My hips were really tight and my alignment and balance was off. I felt lower back pain and tightness all the time ! Scott was able to work on my body to get me right back into the gym without irritation or pain! He is very passionate and cares about how you feel and how you do after. He is very knowledgeable and will explain to you everything he is doing and why. He also recommends stretches and workouts for you so you can strengthen the area you are weak in. I recommend him, very easy going and personable. He will answer any q
