As always Dr West and his staff were professional, punctual, considerate and cheerful. The waiting room is always decorated with warmth and class. The whole office is always super clean. My husband and I have been coming to this office for years, we would never consider going elsewhere. This office is the best of the best!

If you haven't visited this dentist yet, what are you waiting for? I avoided the dentist for over two years due to a terrible experience where I was scolded for eating sugar. Initially, I made an appointment with a different dentist, but my boyfriend insisted I switch to this one, claiming they were "the best." He was absolutely right! I was extremely anxious and even cried on my way to the office, traumatized by past dental visits. However, I was immediately greeted by the most welcoming staff. Julie (I hope I got her name right!) was incredibly kind and frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth, easing my anxiety significantly. I was a new patient. The hygienist was very thorough but there was not enough time allotted to actually clean my teeth. I was not told when I made the appointment that I would have to come back for the cleaning. I was called the same day to come in for a cleaning due to a cancellation but again I was not told it was a different hygienist. The second hygienist also did a good job but I would have preferred to have just one hygienist.

I just had another totally positive visit at Mystic Dental where I had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was her usual friendly and professional self who took very good care of me. The office staff is equally welcoming and maintain an efficient workplace. Everything about Mystic Dental is Great.

Dr. Kuzmic is far and away the best dentist I have ever had. He and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming. I literally look forward to my cleanings twice a year. If you are someone who has a fear of dental work, look no further.
