MyOrthodontist in Cary

I’ve had two kids to go here and overall we have been satisfied. I wish that the orthodontist would make himself/herself available to parents with concerns. Today we had an appt at 8:30 and we arrived at 8:25 and they were in a meeting. I get it, however, you have pt’s that are scheduled and no one at the front desk to check them in. At 8:30 I open the door to the back office and you tell me you are in a meeting. That is not acceptable! When you finally come to the front you have a line and you open your window to go back and forth with me when YOU are in the wrong! This is not how you treat people who are paying for a service and have an appointment with you. You charge a cancellation/no show fee and what do you expect from pts that show up on time? I went for a consultation on braces and man Dr. A and Carla are absolutely amazing!!! Such great customer service and kind and helpful with whatever questions you may have. Will definitely be returning asap!! Def recommend

We had such a great experience!! My daughter was a little nervous before her appointment, but the entire team was so kind, patient, and welcoming that she quickly felt comfortable. They explained everything in a way that put both of us at ease, and the atmosphere was friendly from start to finish. As soon as we walked out, my daughter turned to me and said she really liked it there, which says it all! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients.

The staff are all so nice and sweet! My kids loved it there! We drove all the way from Roxboro and it was worth it! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
