We came for a consultation and it was an easy decision to go with their office! The staff & Dr. Chris were all so nice and accommodating. Ms. Connie was so amazing with our consultation & Tracy at the front desk was so sweet!! We are excited to start treatment at MyOrthodontist!!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this office. During my experience, I encountered discriminatory behavior from both the doctor and staff, along with a troubling lack of care, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. I am still in the process of disputing a claim for funds I never received. Despite my insurance being accepted, they continued to charge me and later backdated the claim. I was issued a small refund, which they later claimed was an error. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution individuals—especially those from minority communities—against seeking services at this practice.

Very friendly , very family like , very Informational and talked me through the entire process as well as helped me understand everything as a whole . Will definitely recommend to any family or friends requesting orthodontic care .
