Myoga Speech

We have had a wonderful experience working with Catherine at Myoga Speech. She is an excellent speech pathologist who focuses on the whole child, not just correct pronunciation. Before coming to Catherine, we worked with another speech provider in town, but those sessions felt rushed and lacked depth. With Catherine, it's completely different. She takes her time with our child, thoughtfully tailoring each session and giving us practical tools to support his speech development at home. Importantly, she also addresses the underlying muscles that support speech, not just the speech itself. Catherine went above and beyond by recommending that we have our child evaluated (by an ENT) for enlarged adenoids and a tongue tie. I can not say enough kind words about Catherine! Her knowledge, therapy techniques and ability to connect with the child to help them master whatever speech difficulties they are experiencing is beyond impressive. She is someone who genuinely wants and tries to help her patients succeed-and she doesn’t drag out therapy either. She will only recommend they continue therapy if she feels it’s necessary. I truly can not recommend her enough!

Catherine is patient, genuine and caring when she worked with my children. She stays up to date with any training/classes in her field, making her techniques and approach always on point. My kids love Catherine.

Cat is wonderful to be with. My son has drastically improved thanks to her quick thinking. Any time he wasn’t in the mindset to “work” she would switch it up and in no time they were started. She is very thorough and all about getting to the root cause of the issue(s). I am very confident in her and I would highly recommend/encourage at least a consultation with her.
