Myers Nursing Home & Center

My Mother was in there for a short time they had mice bed bugs the laundry was done horrible no bed pads bath towels were the size for newborn babies to use and even then you would've not used them. No activities for the residents do not outings some residents didn't have shoes to put on their feet. The administrator was very unprofessional didn't care about the residents and neither did the owners. Was in meeting with son-in-law and was informed this a Medicaid run facility what do you expect and I was deeply offended about that remark. In other words If you don't have money and you're receiving Medicaid Medicare that's the type care you deserve. My Mother hadn't smoked cigarettes for 5 years was supposed to be oxygen 24/7 ended smoking. What do you think of Myer's Nursing Home?

I called simply to update contact information for my job, and they rattled it off as fast as possible in a very annoyed tone. Thankfully I'm faster than their attitude and was able to update our information accordingly. Poor customer service; whoever is on the phone is the face of the company to the community. I'd say they have a poor face, indeed.

Called up to ask about my organization volunteering and was told "we don't use volunteers" then in the middle of me asking my next question that lady on the other end said thank you and hung up on me. This was very rude and unprofessional. If I were considering putting a love one somewhere this would not be the place.

Great! This is the third facility we’ve moved our mom in. She’s always clean, she’s always dressed in her own clothes and the facility is clean and doesn’t stink. Bless the staff.

Worst place ever. Staff lazy, it stinks does have not one sanitizer through out the nursing home. Most of the rooms house 4 people. So sad. I pray I never have to be put in a place like that.
