MYDOC Urgent Care - Jackson Heights, Queens

I came here to get an allergy testing done and they have been so helpful. The medical assistant was very nice and respectful. I had to get bloodwork done and I didn’t even feel it. I have gotten my blood drawn many times before and they always can’t find my vein but the MA here did it once and she did it painless. The doctor that saw me was so attentive and addressed all my concerns. The facility is clean unlike the other urgent cares I have been too. The whole process was fast. Everything took less than 30 minutes! I would definitely come back here and will recommend it to my family as well!

I had such a positive experience at My Doc Walk-In Clinic on 37th Ave! The clinic itself was spotless and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The staff at the front desk were fantastic – they were not only efficient but also really warm and friendly. And the doctor? Absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. It’s not every day you find a doctor who genuinely cares like that. I left feeling really cared for and supported. I highly recommend My Doc to anyone needing medical attention. They’ve got a great thing going on there, combining professional care with a personal touch.

Really liked the doctor who took both a Covid and flu test and was very pleased with the negative results.It Awas my birthday and he encouraged me to go out and celebrate and take a Tylenol for my remaining symptoms. On the less positive side, it was the receptionist who was very disappointing. When I arrived at the clinic only one other patient was in the office and he was seated. I approached the receptionist who was engrossed with the computer. He did not stop what he was doing to acknowledge my presence but continued typing and even looked up to ask the other patient questions. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes before he spoke to me. Based on that I only gave my review 4 stars. I did tell the receptionist that multitasking might have been a better option next time around!!!

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 that a reputable company would allow for this to happen at their doorsteps every weekend! Can’t even pass down the sidewalk w/o bumping into piles of garbage. Be a responosble neighbor and clean up your act!
