MyDoc Urgent Care East Meadow and Uniondale

I had such a great experience at MyDoc Urgent Care in East Meadow. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, helpful, and incredibly patient. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the medical team really took their time listening to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic was clean, organized, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected. I left feeling cared for and confident in my treatment. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, friendly, and professional care!

Worst urgent care and worst service ever received. They are least bothered to inform us about the upcoming charges for the tests done onsite or in any other labs they send to. Very poor communication and rude behavior of the manager. They did not let us know about what they are going to do with our samples taken for the tests. We went there without insurance. They don’t have minimum knowledge or common sense to let us know about the amount that we would get charged for. We ended up receiving huge bill. They just flipped their words that they informed about the process and all. Terrible experience.

I just want to say everytime I come here my experience is amazing! The place is clean the workers are so kind and patient especially Alissa. She puts a smile on my face everytime. 10/10 recommend.

The staff there was friendly and helpful. If I ever need anytype of treatment or examination, I can definitely go back here for excellent care.

Dr. Nabil goes above and beyond when it comes to providing his clients with the proper care and support needed. They have been a great help in helping me recover from a car accident. 5 stars for sure!
