Dr. Hugo is the best. We’ve been taking our son to him since 5 days young. He is the only doctor I have seen who keeps checking daily on text and call about the health post sick visits. Treats patients like family. God bless him and his staff 🙏

Dr Hugo was my 3 kids’ Pediatrician from 1983-2007- THE BEST of the BEST!! He was caring, very thorough, a great listener, and funny.... I drove him crazy(bc I thought I was THE Doctor) and yet he always had a smile in his face... I loved his laugh.... God bless his patience too!! Those were great years... Mrs Hugo and Elsie(the Medical asst), who could forget them ....if you were a long term patient from the early 80’s, I’m sure you can relate... May God continue to Bless Dr Hugo for many more years to come! The Aponte Family will always remember and be grateful...

I have been bringing my 7 year old daughter to Dr. Hugo since she was one week old. He has been wonderful to all of us. He is competent, caring and always tells the kids he loves them, which I truly believe. He may not always have a lot of time to spend with the children because he is always so busy, but when he can spend the time, he does. The staff, Elsie and Diana, are competent and friendly; they go above and beyond their job duties. I would highly recommend Dr. Hugo and Palisade Pediatric!

He is patient and awesome bedside manners. Cared for my child until 16 years old. Always took the time to explain it all. Allow you to ask questions. Never rushes!!!

I just moved from South Carolina to NJ and was referred by one of the patients that attend this clinic. So I called to make an appointment for my infant and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude to me. She told me since I lived in a different county (10mins away) I was not allowed to make an appointment at this office. Then she proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back to let her know she was very rude and she hung up again. I would NOT recommend going to this doctors office due to the discrimination and lack of respect. She had no good customer service skills and if this was my business she would NOT be working my front desk. Little do she know the first phone call can make or break your business.
