I love this place! My kids feel right at home as soon as they arrive. The care from pediatricians Anabelle and Juan is excellent. From the moment you walk in, Janet and the rest of the front desk staff welcome you with a big smile and so much joy. The medical assistants, Olga and Rosy, are also amazing—very kind, caring, and attentive. Lasara, who helps with insurance, is the best—so patient, professional, and helpful. She has guided us through all of my kids’ insurance processes and made everything so much easier. I truly love this office.The only area I would point out is billing. Ms. Juanita doesn’t know much English, so it’s hard for me to understand her since I don’t speak Spanish, and she’s not very patient—I feel like she gets frustrated. The doctors Juan Carlos Collazos y Anabel Rubio are very patient as the medical assistant's staff, knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. The nurses and staff are kind, welcoming, and make my kids feel comfortable during every visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and scheduling appointments is always easy. I truly feel that my children’s health and well-being are their top priority. Highly recommend to any parent looking for excellent pediatric care!
